A third of your life is spent on a mattress, breathing into it, and most mattresses in Surprise have never had a professional cleaning. They look fine, which is exactly why they get skipped, yet a mattress is often the dirtiest soft surface in the home.

Here is where a few years of sleep ends up, from the top down.
So we stay shallow on purpose. You cannot hang a queen mattress over a railing to dry. Our work stops at the ticking and the padding, and every bit of water we add gets vacuumed back out.
A few hours is typical. Our suction outpulls most truck mounts, so the water leaves rather than settling into foam. We still quote up to 24 hours, since covers and foams let go of moisture at different speeds and we never put in more than a mattress can release. A morning appointment gives it the full day. Leave the bed unmade, run the ceiling fan, crack a window if the weather allows, and ask if you would like one of our commercial air movers aimed at it while we are there.
The normal outcome is a noticeably cleaner, fresher bed. We work stains with everything a mattress can safely handle, short of soaking it. Old urine that reached the core, dye transfer, and spots already set by the wrong product stay, and you hear that before we begin. A mattress that has been soaked through may not be worth treating, and we will tell you rather than sell a treatment that cannot fix it.
Sanitizing uses Decon 30, a botanical, EPA-registered disinfectant laid down by a fogger instead of a pump sprayer. The fine mist settles over the mattress and through the room without wetting anything, which matters most on a bed. It knocks out odor at the source, it is priced per mattress, and like every add-on, it is optional.
With an active bed bug infestation, we will not clean the mattress at any price. Bed bugs live in the frame, the baseboards, and the walls, and no extraction reaches them. The same goes for fleas or any other active infestation. Have pest control treat it, then call us, and we will clean the mattress once it is under control.
This is the service people feel most awkward about, and there is no reason to. Every mattress holds sweat and skin. That is not a hygiene problem, it is years of sleep. Strip the bed and leave the rest to us. We have seen it all before and will not comment.

Not at all. Memory foam does fine, and so do hybrids, pillow tops, and innerspring beds, because we keep the moisture low.
Usually there is no need, because most mattresses now have one sleeping surface. If yours flips, we can do both, with extra drying time before the bed is made.
