We're in Cave Creek all the time, and we take on water extraction across the city.
Clean-water extraction for Cave Creek homes and businesses, pulling water out of carpet and hard floors the same day when the schedule allows. Call (480) 389-8415 to get us on the way.
A step-by-step look at how an extraction visit runs is on the main water extraction page.
Call instead of texting. Water keeps moving while a text sits unread on a job site, so a phone call is the fastest way to reach us.
Same-day visits happen when the schedule allows. On the call you get an actual arrival time, and if today is not possible, we tell you right then so you are not left waiting.
You get those numbers, and a plain answer on whether the job fits what we do, before anybody gets in the truck. That conversation belongs on the phone, not in your driveway.
Businesses use the same number, with a $1,350 minimum. Restaurants and saloons along Cave Creek Road, shops in the town core, offices, medical and dental suites, salons, gyms, lodging, daycares, and multi-unit properties.
A large loss, sewage, or a job that needs documented drying logs for a claim belongs with a mitigation contractor, and we will tell you so on the phone instead of taking it.
For a small clean-water leak, calling a cleaner first often costs less. Our work is saving the carpet and floors you already have, and a one-room job frequently comes in under a typical insurance deductible. Remember that a claim cannot be unfiled once it is made.
We extract and leave. We do not set drying equipment on site, and remediation, sewage, structural drying, and claim billing are outside what we do. If you need any of that, you hear it on the call. Full details on scope, limits, and what to do before we arrive.
Cave Creek is at the north edge of where we work, so we will rarely be the closest truck to your door. Call us anyway. You get a real arrival time on the phone, and if the drive means we cannot get there before the water does more harm, we say so right away so you can call someone closer.
Most of what we see here is clean water from a fixture that failed: a washer hose, a supply line under a sink, a water heater in the garage that ran under the door, or a line feeding a softener or well pressure tank. Cave Creek also sits higher than central Phoenix and gets more hard-freeze nights, so a cracked pipe or hose bib after a cold January night is not unusual. Shut off the water at the main or the well first, and have a plumber handle the repair.
Layout matters too. Rambling single-story homes let water travel sideways under baseboards into the next room before anyone notices. A detached casita can leak for days while nobody is staying in it, so a quick look inside after a freeze or a long trip is worth the walk.
Same day when we can, and a straight answer on the phone before anybody drives out.
Every job has been handled by our own crew. We are rated 5.0 on Google.

Sometimes, depending on the schedule and the drive. Call for a real arrival time.
Homes start at $700 and commercial calls at $1,350, plus a $200 rush fee for same-day service. Most one-room jobs land between $900 and $1,500.
No. We come once, pull the water, and go. Multi-day drying equipment and daily moisture readings are mitigation work, and if your home needs that, we tell you during the call.
No. Sewer backups and other Category 3 water, remediation, structural drying, tear-out, and claim billing are all outside our work. A loss like that needs a mitigation company.
Often, if you call quickly. Water from a supply line is clean water, which is the kind of loss we can do the most with when it is caught early. Carpet that has stayed soaked for days usually has to be replaced.
Get our number first. For a one-room leak, our bill is often below a typical deductible, and you can decide from there.
