We're in Cave Creek all the time, and we take on pressure washing across the city.
On a Cave Creek lot, flat concrete gets an even pass with a Whirlaway surface cleaner while stucco walls and tile roofs get a soft wash. Pick your surfaces below and send the price over to book, or call (480) 389-8415 between 7am and 8pm, seven days a week.
The difference between a cleaning and a good cleaning is time. We take ours.
Price it yourselfA Cave Creek exterior is rarely one material. Stucco or adobe-look walls, stacked stone, painted block, a tile roof, a flagstone patio, and a long concrete or paver drive can all sit on the same lot, and each needs a different touch.
Our full method and service area are on the main pressure washing page.
Driveways and house washing are 15% off online. Concrete and pavers are not discounted. No tax, no hidden fees.

Stucco, painted block, tile roofs, and natural stone all get a soft wash instead of full pressure.
Too much pressure is what pits stucco, strips paint in stripes, cuts the sand out from between pavers, and fuzzes up wood. So we read the surface first and choose the method, and that judgment is most of what you are paying for.
On a house, the cleaning solution does the work and the water only rinses. On concrete, a surface cleaner gives an even finish rather than the wand marks that never go away.
Concrete, wood, and pavers we have washed around the Valley.

Driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, pavers, block walls, fences, stucco exteriors, and tile roofs, with pressure or soft wash chosen by surface, not by habit.
Dust, dirt, algae, and general weathering come off reliably. Rust, deep oil, fertilizer stains, and some discoloration may not fully clear no matter the method. We tell you which you have during the walkthrough.
The soil in the foothills is full of iron, and the red-brown film it leaves on block walls and the lower edge of stucco after a storm is one of the most common things we wash off here. Sprinkler and drip lines fed by hard well water leave white mineral rings on walls and pavers. Both respond to the right pre-treatment and dwell time rather than more force.

Out here the dust is constant. Dirt roads, washes, and open desert on every side mean a fine layer on the drive, the courtyard, and the walls most weeks. Monsoon storms then turn it into mud that dries in streaks, and by October most exteriors are wearing the entire summer.
Larger lots also mean more to wash: long driveways that run from the road up to a motor court, perimeter block walls, and patios that wrap the house to catch the view of Black Mountain. Tire marks and oil collect near the garage, and pool decks and paver patios show staining sooner than a plain slab.
High pressure pits stucco, wears off the texture, and forces water behind the finish. We soft wash it at low pressure and let the solution do the work, then switch methods for the block wall and the drive on the same visit.
Pressure where concrete can take it. Soft wash where stucco cannot.

Most oil and tire marks lighten a lot. Oil that has soaked deep into the slab may not clear completely, and we tell you which spots are likely to stay before we start.
Yes, with a soft wash only. Roof tile cracks and chips under full pressure, so the solution does the cleaning and the rinse stays gentle.
Late September through October, once monsoon season is over. Washing before the storms end usually means doing it twice.
Once a year suits most homes. A property on a dirt road or next to a horse arena may want it more often.
For most people, yes, and we treat the terms the same. What matters is the setting chosen for each surface.
