We're in Cave Creek all the time, and we take on mattress cleaning across the city.
Low-moisture cleaning keeps water out of the foam on every Cave Creek mattress, and our clear-head tool lets us watch exactly what comes out. Add each bed by size below and send the total over to book, or call (480) 389-8415, 7am to 8pm, seven days.
The difference between a cleaning and a good cleaning is time. We take ours.
Price it yourselfBetween the main house, a guest casita, and a bunk room for the grandkids, plenty of Cave Creek homes have more beds than people living in them. Guest mattresses that sit for months still collect dust, and the ones used every night collect a lot more.

📋 Estimated price is based on the details provided. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. If a visit minimum applies, it shows above your total, and it counts once for the whole visit, not per service, so combining services or adding optional add-ons is how most people clear it.

✓ Answer the quick questions at the bottom and hit send, any time
✓ We schedule 2-hour arrival windows, 8am to 5pm. First job of the day gets a tight 8:00 to 8:30 window, since nothing runs ahead of it. Those slots are limited, so ask early
✓ If a job ahead of you runs long, you hear from us before your window, not after
✓ We pick one of your days and time frames, then text your confirmation back, usually within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours
✓ Quotes are honored for 30 days

Mattresses are usually an add-on to a carpet or upholstery visit, which is the easiest way to reach the $750 Cave Creek minimum.
If bed bugs are active in the home, we pass on the mattress no matter the price. They hide in bed frames, behind baseboards, and inside walls, places no cleaning tool reaches. Once pest control has treated the house, call us back and we will happily clean it. The same order applies to fleas or any other live infestation.
A few hours in most cases. We quote up to 24 hours on purpose, because different covers and foams release moisture at different speeds, and we never put in more than the mattress can give back. A morning appointment gives it the whole day. Leave the bed unmade, crack a window, and turn on the ceiling fan. If you want, we will run a commercial air mover on it while we are there.
The normal outcome is a mattress that is visibly cleaner and smells fresher. We only call a stain permanent after working it as far as a mattress can safely go without soaking. Old urine down in the core, dye transfer from bedding, and marks already set by the wrong product are the usual holdouts, and we tell you before starting.
You spend about a third of your life on it, breathing into it, and most mattresses have never been cleaned. Here is where those years end up, from the top down.
Why the moisture stays low. A rug can be hung and a cushion cover can come off, but a mattress cannot be flipped or lifted to dry. So we work the top layers, pull back what we put in, and stop there. If a mattress cannot dry properly in your conditions, we tell you instead of soaking it and leaving.

This is the service people feel most awkward booking, with the least reason to. Every mattress holds sweat, skin, and oil. That is not a hygiene problem, it is years of sleep. Strip the bed and let us handle the rest. We have seen it before and we will not remark on it.
Our sanitizer is Decon 30, a botanical, EPA-registered disinfectant, put out through a fogger rather than a pump sprayer. It falls as a fine mist over the surface and through the room, so the mattress never gets wet, which matters more here than on anything else we clean. It is priced per bed and completely optional.
When the palo verdes, mesquites, and desert broom bloom, fine pollen drifts through screens and open doors and settles on everything in the bedroom. Washing the sheets handles most of it, but some works into the quilted cover over a long spring. A spring or early summer cleaning clears that out along with the usual dust.
Once the mattress is clean and fully dry, a washable protector that zips all the way around is the best thing you can put on it. Wash it with the sheets every few weeks and most of what would have soaked into the cover ends up in the laundry instead. Rotating the mattress head to foot each season also evens out wear on the side everyone sleeps on.
Urine sinks deep into a mattress, and a surface clean does not reach the source of the smell. Our enzyme pet treatment goes on before cleaning and is priced by severity. If a mattress is soaked through and not worth saving, we say so before you pay for a treatment that cannot fix it.
In the foothills, dust is part of the house. It comes in off gravel drives and the desert lot around you, rides in on dogs that sleep on the bed, and gets pushed through door gaps when a summer storm comes off the mountains. With the windows shut and the AC running from late spring into fall, that dust keeps circulating through the bedrooms and settles into the top of every mattress.
Guest beds in a casita are their own case. They may only be slept in a few weekends a year, yet they sit in a room that is closed up most of the time, and a musty edge builds. Cleaning them before the winter visitors arrive is good timing.
Kids who spend the afternoon on the trails at Cave Creek Regional Park or Spur Cross and then flop on the bed bring a fair amount of the desert with them. So do the dogs. Most of that grit and body oil sits in the quilted cover, which is exactly the layer our low-moisture clean works on.
Most households have every mattress done the same day, main house and casita together, usually while the bedroom carpet is being cleaned.
Top layers cleaned deep, foam core kept dry.

Pick by the problem. Deodorizer is for smell and leaves the bed smelling clean. Sanitizing is for the surface, using the botanical fog described above. Plenty of people add both.
Yes. Pull the sheets, covers, and pillows off every bed on the list before we arrive, casita included.
It is priced by mattress size and how bad the accident is, from $20 for a twin up to $195 for a king. Most of the time the urine, dander, and smell all come out.
Yes. Memory foam, hybrid, innerspring, and pillow top all handle a low-moisture clean well, because only the cover and comfort layer are worked.
Most modern mattresses have one sleeping surface, so there is nothing to clean underneath. If yours is a flippable model, we can do both sides, with extra drying time before the bed is made.
