Water extraction in Paradise Valley, same day when we can.
Pfaff Cleaning Co. is locally owned, with the owners overseeing every job. See our full process and service area on the main water extraction page.
Water spreads by the hour. Call rather than text. A text can sit unread while we are on a job, and water does not wait.
We can often come out the same day when the schedule allows. You get a real time on the phone, not a window we invented, and if we cannot get to you today we say so instead of letting you wait.
You hear your numbers on the phone before anybody drives anywhere. We will also tell you straight whether this is a job for us or for a restoration company, and we would rather say that on the phone than after we are parked out front.
Same line for businesses, with a $1,350 minimum on commercial calls. Restaurants, offices, medical and dental suites, salons, gyms, hotels, daycares, and multi-unit properties.
If it is a large loss, sewage, or anything that needs documented drying logs for a claim, you want a mitigation contractor and we will tell you that on the phone rather than taking the job.
For a small clean-water loss, calling a cleaner first usually saves money. A restoration company earns on tear-out and equipment days. We earn by saving the carpet you already have. A single-room loss often costs less than a typical deductible, and you cannot unfile a claim.
We do not leave drying equipment on site, and we do not do mold, sewage, structural drying, or claim billing. If that is what you need, we will say so on the phone. Full details on scope, limits, and what to do before we arrive.
Paradise Valley homes are large, often multi-level, and frequently have stone floors, wool rugs, and finishes where the wrong response causes more damage than the water did.
A wool rug sitting in water will bleed dye into whatever is under it, and stone and its grout hold water longer than people expect. Get rugs up and off the floor before we arrive if you can safely do it, and tell us what flooring we are walking into so we bring the right equipment the first time.
Paradise Valley calls also tend to involve guest wings, casitas, and rooms nobody was in that day, which means the water sat longer before anyone found it. If part of the house is unoccupied, check it now rather than after we leave.
Same day when we can, and a straight answer on the phone before anybody drives out.
Since December 2024, every job Pfaff Cleaning Co. has taken on has been handled by our own team. 500+ jobs later, we are still at a 5.0 on Google.

Often, when the schedule allows. Call and we will tell you on the phone when we can be there. Call rather than text, because a text can sit while we are on a job and water does not wait.
A $700 minimum on residential calls, $1,350 on commercial, plus a $200 rush fee when we fit you in the same day. Most single-room calls land between $900 and $1,500 once the work is done. You hear your numbers on the phone before anybody drives anywhere.
No. This is a single visit. We come out, pull the water out fast, and leave. Setting equipment for days, taking daily moisture readings, and billing a drying plan is restoration work, and we are a cleaning company.
No. No mold remediation, no sewage or Category 3 water, no structural drying, no tear-out, no insurance claim billing. If that is what your situation needs, call a mitigation company and we will tell you so on the phone.
Often, and it depends mostly on how long it sat and what the water was. Clean water caught within a day is usually fine. Water that sat for days, or came from a toilet or sewer line, usually means the carpet and pad have to go. We do not guarantee anything that was already damaged before we arrived.
That is your call, but a single-room clean-water loss often costs less than a typical water damage deductible, and a claim follows you at renewal. Get a number from us first, then decide.
