Plenty of Chandler homes have pale beige or greige carpet that came with the build. It looks great until a new puppy arrives. The bigger issue is the scent. A puppy can smell where it went before long after you stop seeing it, and that tells it the spot is fair game. Cleaning the stain without breaking down what is left underneath keeps the cycle going.
We start by finding every spot, including the faint ones. Urine spreads wider below the surface than the stain shows, so we size each area before it gets treated.
The enzyme we use is Un-Duz-It. It goes down before the cleaning and is left to work, breaking apart the uric acid crystals that carry the odor. Masking sprays skip that step, which is why the smell returns.
