Arizona homes deal with desert dust, hard water buildup, sun exposure, and monsoon weather that leave exterior surfaces looking worn. Over time, driveways, walkways, patios, and walls collect layers of dirt, grime, staining, and organic growth that regular cleaning cannot remove.
How Often?
For most Arizona homes, about once a year, or as needed depending on conditions. More often with heavy dust buildup, high foot traffic, nearby construction, hard water staining, outdoor entertaining areas, or heavy weather exposure.
Timing matters too. There is not much sense cleaning exteriors in the middle of August when three more storms are coming. Late September into October is when the work stops getting undone.
What We Clean
Driveways. The toughest buildup on most properties: dirt, tire marks, oil stains, dust, and general vehicle buildup.
Walkways and sidewalks. Constantly exposed to foot traffic and the elements.
Patios and outdoor surfaces. Patios, pool decks, and outdoor living areas collect dust and grime that affect how the whole space looks.
Pavers. Cleaned, with optional re-sanding and sealing afterward to protect the joints and the surface.
Soft Washing for Delicate Surfaces
Not every exterior surface should be cleaned with high pressure. Stucco, painted surfaces, exterior walls, and certain roofing materials need a gentler method, and using full pressure on them causes damage that is worse than the dirt was.
Soft washing uses lower pressure with specialized solutions to clean those surfaces safely. Which method a surface gets is decided during the inspection, not by default.
Hard Water Is the Arizona Factor
Mineral deposits from irrigation overspray and hard water runoff build up on concrete, stone, and glass alike. It bonds progressively, which is why the white residue on your patio gets harder to remove the longer it sits, and why the same problem shows up on your windows.
That is also why most homeowners book windows and pressure washing together. Same visit, same underlying problem, two surfaces.
Honest About the Limits
Results depend on the age, condition, and type of surface. Rust, deeply set oil, fertilizer damage, and some discoloration may not fully disappear. We will tell you that during the inspection rather than after the invoice. Pricing is on our pressure washing page.
