Church cleaning in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale and the rest of the Valley: sanctuary seating, fellowship hall floors, nursery carpet and sanitizing. Scheduled midweek, priced from your square footage.
โ Fully insured. General liability and commercial auto, with a certificate of insurance on request.
Larger campuses with a school or a daycare attached: those rooms price the same way and we can run them on their own schedule. Daily custodial is janitorial scope, from $1,500 a month, which is usually more than a congregation needs.
Most commercial floors take steady traffic five days a week. A sanctuary takes a few hundred people in two hours and then sits. Fellowship halls take an event and then nothing. That pattern puts wear in specific places rather than spread evenly: the center aisle, the doors, the path to the coffee.
It also means a building can look fine on a Tuesday walkthrough and look tired on a Sunday, which is the only day it matters.
We clean the traffic areas as the traffic areas, not as a percentage of the room.
This is not a pitch against your team. A volunteer crew with a vacuum and a mop keeps a building in good shape week to week, and most congregations are better served by that than by paying someone to do it.
What they cannot do is extract carpet, clean hard floors properly, or touch the seating at all. Soil does not come out with a vacuum, it just stops being visible on top.
The split most churches land on is volunteers weekly and us two to four times a year. That is the cheapest way to keep a building looking right, and we will say so even though the alternative bills more.
Children sit on that floor, lie on those mats, and put their hands in their mouths. It is also usually the room with the oldest carpet in the building because it is the last one anyone budgets for.
Nursery carpet, mats, cushions and sanitizing all price the same as anywhere else: carpet $0.40 a square foot, soft goods $15 to $35 a piece, sanitizing $0.15 a square foot monthly or $0.20 one-time.
If you only have budget for one room a year, make it that one.
We would rather be straight with you than offer a number we have already built into the price. Our commercial rates are the same for every customer and they are low for this Valley to begin with.
What we will do is build a schedule around a real budget. Sanctuary one visit, fellowship hall the next, nursery on its own cycle. Spreading it out costs less per visit than doing the whole building at once, and it keeps the rooms that matter on a rotation instead of all of them going three years.
Midweek scheduling, Tuesday through Thursday, at no surcharge. Tell us about services, funerals and weddings on the calendar and we work around them.

Carpet is $0.40 a square foot. Padded sanctuary chairs are $15 each, and pew upholstery prices by the linear foot, so send a count and we will give you a number. $500 minimum per commercial visit.
Yes, and midweek is easiest for everyone. Tuesday through Thursday is normal, and we can work around a midweek service, a funeral or a wedding if you tell us what is on the calendar.
The work volunteers cannot do with a vacuum and a mop: extracting the carpet, cleaning the hard floors properly, the seating, the nursery soft goods, and sanitizing. Your team handles the week to week and we do the deep pass a few times a year. Most congregations want exactly that split.
Yes, and it is usually the room that needs it most. Nursery carpet, mats, cushions and sanitizing all price the same as anywhere else. Children sit on that floor, so extraction matters more there than in the hall.
No, and we would rather be straight than pretend. Our commercial rates are the same for everyone and they are already low for the Valley. What we can do is build a schedule that fits an actual budget, including doing the sanctuary one visit and the hall the next rather than everything at once.
Yes. Hard floors run $0.85 to $1.50 a square foot depending on the surface, carpet $0.40. Tell us what the event was and we will tell you whether it needs a deep pass or just a cleanup.
A visit under $5,000 is paid the day of service by card, ACH, check or Zelle, and we do not add card fees. Larger jobs and recurring schedules run Net 30 by ACH or check, so it can go through whoever signs.
Enter your square footage and chair count in the commercial calculator, or call (480) 389-8415 and we will help you build a rotation that fits the budget you actually have.
