Daycare cleaning and sanitizing in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale and the rest of the Valley: classroom carpet, nap mats, floors and monthly fogging. Scheduled around your closed hours, with the product label and SDS left for your file every visit.
โ Fully insured. General liability and commercial auto, with a certificate of insurance on request.
We are not your daily crew. Trash, restrooms and daily wipe-downs are janitorial scope, available separately through a recurring contract from $1,500 a month.
In most commercial spaces the floor is something people walk over. In a classroom it is where children sit, lie down, eat off, and put their hands before they put them in their mouths.
That is why carpet in a center needs extraction rather than surface cleaning, and it is why we will do a rinse-only pass with no detergent in any room you ask us to.
Nap mats, cots, reading cushions and lobby seating price as upholstery, mostly $15 to $35 a piece. It is the part of the room with the most direct contact and the least cleaning, and it is cheap to fix.
We fog the space rather than wiping it, which puts disinfectant where the air goes: soft goods, floor seams, corners, and everything nobody moves. Monthly plans are $0.15 a square foot with a $350 minimum per visit. A one-time fog is $0.20.
Every visit comes with a dated record, the product label and the SDS for your file. That is not a nice extra in a licensed center, it is what a parent or an inspector asks for, and it should come without you having to chase anyone for it.
The room needs to be empty during application and for the dwell time after, usually under an hour. We work that around your schedule, not the other way around.
We will not tell you a cleaning makes a room germ-free. Nothing does, and a center full of children will have something going around again next month no matter who cleans it.
What a monthly fog and a real carpet extraction do is lower what is sitting in the room between outbreaks and take out the smell that builds up in soft goods. That is worth paying for. A guarantee about illness is not something anyone can honestly sell you.
Same with stains. Juice, paint and marker in a classroom carpet come out most of the time, and some are dyes that are permanent. We tell you which before we start.
Evenings, weekends and closure days, at no surcharge. Most centers run us after close or on a Saturday so nothing touches classroom time.
For one-time sanitizing during a closure or an outbreak, call rather than book online. We will tell you straight whether we can get there when you actually need us.

For sanitizing we use an EPA registered disinfectant applied as a fog, and we leave you the product label and the safety data sheet for your file every visit. Carpet cleaning is done with the extraction rinse only where you want it, no detergent left behind. Tell us about any allergy in the room and we work around it.
Carpet we say within 24 hours and most is dry long before that, so an evening clean means the room opens normally. Sanitizing needs the room empty during application and the dwell time after, usually under an hour, and then it is back in use.
Carpet is $0.40 a square foot, hard floors $0.85 to $1.50, sanitizing $0.15 a square foot on a monthly plan or $0.20 one-time. $500 minimum on cleaning, $350 on sanitizing. Price your center in the commercial calculator rather than waiting on an estimate.
Yes. Mats, cots, reading corner cushions and lobby seating all price as upholstery, mostly $15 to $35 a piece. It is the part of a classroom that gets the most direct contact and the least cleaning.
We do one-time sanitizing on short notice when we have the capacity, and we will tell you honestly on the phone whether we can get there when you need it rather than booking you and hoping.
Not unless you want a janitorial contract. Daily trash, restrooms and wipe-downs are a different service, which we do offer separately. What we do here is the deep work: carpet, floors, soft goods and sanitizing, on a schedule.
A one-time visit under $5,000 is paid the day of service, by card, ACH, check or Zelle, no card fees. Monthly sanitizing and anything over $5,000 is invoiced Net 30 by ACH or check, which is usually easier for a center running on a board-approved budget.
