Your Scottsdale condo gets the same full-strength clean as a house. Our professional-grade portable extractor pulls stronger suction than most truck mounts, and it comes up the elevator and runs right inside your condo, loft or apartment.
Plenty of Scottsdale condos sit empty for part of the year, so the carpet gets cleaned on your schedule, not ours. Book a visit before you fly in or after you leave. The concierge, HOA or a property manager lets us in, and you pay from wherever you are. Worn traffic lanes and pet spots get their own pre-treatment, and the upholstery can go on the same trip.
Old Town lofts, the Scottsdale Waterfront, and condo communities from South Scottsdale up through North Scottsdale.
We clean hard floors on the same visit, so the kitchen, bathrooms and entry get done with the carpet. Every surface gets pro-grade tools and the right chemicals for it. Tile and grout get a professional pre-spray and a scrub with a grout brush and buffer before the rinse, natural stone gets pH-neutral stone-safe products, and LVP gets controlled extraction. Hardwood gets a neutral pH floor cleaner and our buffer, which won't damage delicate wood or its sealer. See tile and grout cleaning, natural stone cleaning and hardwood and LVP floor cleaning.
Online prices, 15% off regular. No tax and no hidden fees. A $175 minimum applies once per visit. The calculator asks your floor and whether there's an elevator, and shows any floor charge before you book.

A room is $55.25 online, or $65 regular, and a $175 minimum applies once per visit. The calculator above adds the rest, including any floor charge.
You don't have to be home. A concierge, HOA or property manager can let us in, and you pay when the job is done by payment link or Zelle, or pay ahead of time.
Yes. If your building or HOA asks for a certificate of insurance before work starts, we send one. Pfaff Cleaning Co. is fully insured.
Most Scottsdale condo visits include it. See condo upholstery cleaning in Scottsdale.
Your online quote asks your floor and whether there's an elevator, and adds any stairs charge before you book, so the number you see is the number you pay.
