Dryer vent cleaning is easy to ignore right up until clothes take two cycles to dry, the laundry room feels unusually hot, or it becomes a genuine fire risk. It is also a service where the difference between good enough and done right really shows, because a lot of companies vacuum out what is visible near the dryer and call it done.
Rotary Brush Agitation, Not Just a Vacuum
This is the single biggest differentiator. A basic cleaning removes loose debris near the vent opening while compacted lint deeper in the duct stays put. We run rotary brush rods through the full length of the line to physically break apart packed deposits and clean the interior walls, not just suction out what is easy to reach.
That is the difference between a service that looks thorough and one that actually restores airflow through the entire line rather than the first few feet.
A Complete System Service
Full vent system inspection, interior duct cleaning, rotary brush agitation, lint and debris removal, exterior vent cleaning, and a dryer connection inspection.
That end-to-end approach matters because a vent can look clear at the dryer and still be blocked at the roof exit or exterior cover. Checking the whole system is the only way to actually know it is fixed.
The Parts Basic Cleanings Skip
Lint trap housing cleaning. The area below where your screen reaches collects buildup a normal lint screen cannot touch. When dry times stay bad after a vent cleaning, this is often where the rest of it was hiding.
Dryer hose replacement. Old foil or plastic hoses restrict airflow, collapse easily, and collect lint. We replace them with heavy-duty semi-rigid aluminum, sealed and clamped at both ends. If a connection we made comes loose, we come back and fix it free.
Straight Talk About Fire Risk
Fire safety organizations report thousands of dryer fires every year caused by lint buildup and restricted airflow, and routine cleaning reduces that risk. That is a real statistic and a real reason not to skip this, and it does not need to be dressed up into a scare tactic to be worth acting on.
A Process With Verification at the End
Inspection and assessment, rotary brush cleaning, lint removal, exterior vent cleaning, and a check of the hose behind the dryer. We review what we found with you, so you are not just told it is clean.
Built for Arizona Vent Layouts
Valley homes deal with long vent runs, roof exits, and exterior covers that collect desert dust, all of which affect airflow differently than they would in another climate. Recognizing that long runs and roof exits are common here, and cleaning accordingly, matters more than a generic approach built for a different type of house.
Pricing is flat and posted on our dryer vent cleaning page: $129 basic with no visit minimum, $228 with the lint trap housing or a premium hose, $327 for the full service.
