High pressure is quick, and on the wrong surface it causes damage that lasts. Pitted stucco, paint stripped in streaks, sand and mortar cut out of joints, and fuzzed-up wood are all what force does when it is treated as the whole method.
The skill is knowing which surface takes pressure and which takes chemistry. On a house, the cleaning solution does the work and water only rinses. On concrete, a surface cleaner gives an even finish instead of stripes that never fade.

Dirt, dust, algae, and general weathering come off reliably. Rust, deep oil, fertilizer stains, and some discoloration may not fully clear no matter the method. We tell you which you have during the walkthrough, not after the bill.

We look at them on the walkthrough and tell you what to expect, since rings built up over many seasons can leave a faint outline.
