Questions? Call (480) 389-8415, open 7 days a week, 7am to 8pm.
Carpet, couches and upholstery, area rugs, mattresses, tile and grout cleaning, stone cleaning with clear or color-enhancing sealing, hardwood and LVP, dryer vents, air ducts, AC coils, pressure washing, and commercial work. Grout color sealing, showers, and pavers need more time, so those book out a little further.
Ask before noon and same-day adds 25% to your total. From noon to 4pm it adds 30%. A $200 carpet job comes to $250 or $260 same day. Same-day jobs can land in an evening window, up to 8pm. If you can wait a day or two, you pay the regular price.
Water on the floor is different. Water extraction is quoted by phone with its own same-day fee, so call us for that one.
