Commercial Window Cleaning Pricing in Mesa

$12 per pane per side for standard storefront and ground-level glass, or $10 per pane per side on a weekly or every-other-week schedule. Interior counts as a second side. Upper-floor or hard-access glass is $18 a pane.

Oversize panels are $20 per panel per side, $16 on a recurring schedule, and $30 upper floor. A standard pane is anything up to about 3 by 5 feet. Oversize is a full storefront panel, floor-to-ceiling glass, or anything a squeegee cannot cross in one pull.

A $150 minimum applies to a one-time visit in our 9 core cities, $250 on a recurring schedule. Outside our core cities the commercial visit minimum is $750.

Optional: glass protectant $13 per pane side, which slows hard water respotting, and screens at $15 each. Neither is discounted.

Two buildings with the same square footage can still be different work. Price is per pane per side, so it comes down to how many panes you have, whether they are ground level or upper floor, and how often you want service.

What Is Included

Storefronts, office windows, glass entries, restaurant patios, hotel lobbies, and interior glass. Glass, frames, and tracks, with hard water treatment where the deposits are still on the surface. Ground level and second story.

Glass Is the First Thing Customers See

A restaurant or storefront is judged from the parking lot. Spotted, streaked glass at the entry reads as a dirty business before anyone walks inside. Irrigation around landscaped commercial centers hits the lower panes of the same glass every morning, and in the Valley's hard water that leaves mineral spotting that builds with every cycle.

Left long enough, that spotting etches into the glass and becomes permanent. Early deposits come off. Etching does not, and replacing a storefront panel costs far more than keeping it clean.

Restaurants and Hotels

Restaurant windows collect cooking film on the inside and dust and fingerprints on the outside. Hotel lobbies and entries see constant handling on glass doors. Both do best on a recurring schedule rather than an occasional deep clean.

Who We Clean For

How We Handle Commercial Glass

  1. Inspection. What is removable spotting and what is already etched, before we quote.
  2. Glass, frames, and tracks. The whole assembly, so dust does not wash back onto clean glass.
  3. Hard water treatment. Where deposits are still on the surface.
  4. Scheduled around you. During business hours, before open, or after close, whatever works. Daylight is actually better for glass, because streaks and spots show up in the sun and get caught before we leave.
  5. Recurring schedule. Weekly, monthly, or quarterly, whatever keeps your glass where you want it.

Interior glass we can clean on any floor. Single-story storefronts may get hand squeegee work. Taller exterior glass we reach up to four stories from the ground with a water-fed pole and purified water, no ladders against your building and nobody on a lift. Taller than four and we will tell you upfront and point you to a high-access company.

Why Mesa Properties Need Commercial Window Cleaning

Years of irrigation overspray leave mineral buildup that is partly removable and partly permanent, and frames and tracks in older buildings fill with packed dust. Restaurants and hotels with glass entries see constant fingerprints and handling.

Buildings near open desert on the east side take a heavier dust load on every pane.

Honest About Older Glass

We inspect first and tell you which panes will clean up and which have already etched, before we quote.

Commercial Window Cleaning Mesa, AZ FAQs

Please reach us at (480) 389-8415 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

How does billing work?

Jobs under $5,000 are paid the day of service, once the work is done and you have seen it. We send a payment link, so nobody has to hand a card to a technician. Card, ACH, check, or Zelle on those, and we do not add card fees. Jobs over $5,000 and janitorial programs run Net 30, paid by ACH or check, since card fees at that size are real money and Zelle limits are set by your bank, not ours.

Do you clean commercial windows in Mesa?

Yes, storefronts, offices, restaurants, and hotels throughout Mesa and the surrounding Phoenix Metro.

How is commercial window cleaning priced?

Per job, from your pane count or a quick walkthrough, and lower per visit on a recurring schedule.

How tall can you go?

Interior glass on any floor. Single-story storefronts may get hand squeegee work, and exterior glass up to four stories is cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole. Taller than that and we point you to a high-access company.

Can you remove hard water spots?

Spots still on the surface usually come off. Once mineral etches into the glass, nothing removes it, and we tell you which you have before quoting.

Do you clean frames and tracks?

Yes. Clean glass in a dirty frame does not stay clean for long.

How often should storefront glass be cleaned?

Most storefronts and restaurants do best weekly or every other week. Offices often do fine monthly.

Do you have to clean after hours?

No. We work whenever suits you, during business hours, before open, or after close. Daylight is actually better for glass, because streaks and spots show up in the sun and get caught before we leave.

How Recurring Window Service Works

Storefronts look best on a schedule, so most accounts run weekly or every other week at the lower per-pane rate. Here is what you are agreeing to, in plain language.
