Two things about Cave Creek houses make people expect a bigger number. Many pueblo and territorial homes vent straight up through a flat roof behind a parapet wall, and the big single-level plans push the laundry into the middle of the house, far from any outside wall. Neither one is an upcharge. The roof cap, the ladder, and every elbow in between are inside the package price.
