On leather we use a cleaner with the right pH for hide, and we strongly suggest adding conditioning, since any cleaning pulls out some of the natural oils that keep it supple.

Black Mountain area dining and living: a 6-seat sectional with eight dining chairs is $497. Protectant on the sectional adds $150, so $647, which bills at the $750 visit minimum.
Lone Mountain area house, casita, and patio: sofa in the main house, futon and upholstered headboard in the casita, and the patio sectional out back. $593.30, which bills at the $750 visit minimum.
Tatum Ranch media room: a U-shaped sectional and two deep-seat loungers, $644.60, which bills at the $750 visit minimum. Deodorizer on all three is $126, which makes it $770.60.
A lot of Cave Creek homes sit on desert lots reached by gravel or dirt roads, and the fine grit from those drives ends up in everything soft. In a sofa it settles deep in the weave, where it rubs against the fibers every time someone sits down and slowly wears the fabric.

No tag is common on older or custom pieces. We test a hidden spot first and go from there.
