We fog every room in the house, one after another. The mist follows the air, which is exactly why fogging works: it drifts through the room and settles over furniture and fabric alike without leaving anything damp.
Not included: wiping counters, dusting, or hand-cleaning surfaces. This is an air treatment for a home that is already clean, not a housekeeping service.
Benefect Decon 30, EPA Reg. No. 84683-3-74771, is a one-step botanical disinfectant built on thymol from thyme oil rather than bleach or quats. It carries EPA registration as a hospital-grade disinfectant and is approved as a food-contact sanitizer with no rinse. No chemical odor hangs in the house for days afterward, and we use it near kids, pets, and kitchens without sending anyone outside.
We follow the label's dwell time and never wipe it off afterward, since wiping it away is what stops it from working.
Most people love the scent, herbal and a little minty. It is clean, not perfumed, and it fades. It is not an air freshener.
Tell us at booking if anyone in the home reacts to thymol, and we will bring a different disinfectant.
What fogging does and does not do. It carries the disinfectant everywhere the air goes, across the room, into fabric, and around corners. It is not an air purifier, and we will not market it as one. Nobody has to leave. We go room by room, so just avoid the room we are in, and with a fan on, each one is usable again in about 15 to 30 minutes.
Treated areas. The living space plus the vents and registers we can reach, all covered by the label.
Switches and handles on request. We will wipe light switches, doorknobs, and handles with it if you ask. Disinfecting does not cut grease, so anything visibly grimy needs a clean first, and counters and shelves are not wiped, since this is not housekeeping.
Pest control works because it is on the calendar. The tech shows up, it takes a little while, and the problem never gets a foothold. Monthly sanitizing applies the same idea to the air your household breathes.
A cold fogger turns the disinfectant into droplets about 10 to 50 microns wide, fine enough to float and spread through a room. A trigger sprayer throws drops many times bigger that fall within a foot of the nozzle. One treats a room. The other treats a spot. A spray bottle also never touches the air, and the air is what carries everything around the house all day.
The comment we hear most is that the house simply feels fresher. Many say they breathe easier in the days after, especially pet owners and people during dusty stretches, and some say guests stopped noticing the dog. That is customer feedback, not a health claim, and we are not doctors. What we can state as fact is that this is an EPA-registered disinfectant applied by its label so it reaches the whole room. We will never tell you fogging cures allergies or prevents illness, and anyone who does is selling something else.
No bleach and no harsh fumes, and your home will not smell like a clinic.
Through the hot months, Fountain Hills houses stay sealed with the AC running, and whatever drifts in on the wind off the McDowells cycles through the same indoor air day after day. Plenty of owners are away for part of the year too, and a house that sat closed for months greets them with stale air. A monthly fog keeps ahead of both.
You keep the same week every month without rebooking. When carpet, tile, or ducts come due, we fold them into that month's trip so everything gets done at once.
Every room fogged, every month, by our own crew.

Monthly plans are $150 a visit for up to 3 bedrooms and $225 for 4 to 7. A single visit is $250 or $350, and a home with smoke, strong odor, or one shut up for a long stretch is $450. Plans run month to month with 30 days notice to cancel.
Homes here stay closed with the AC on for much of the year, and dust blown in from the surrounding desert keeps riding that same air from room to room. A monthly visit stops it from building up. Not sure yet? Start with a single visit.
Yes, once dry. It is a thyme-oil botanical disinfectant used around children, pets, and kitchens with no rinse. Keep out of the room we are treating, and with a fan running it is ready in 15 to 30 minutes. Let us know about any thymol sensitivity and we will bring an alternative.
It knocks down odor in the air, often before we leave. A smell living inside something, like urine in carpet or a mattress, has to be cleaned out, and we will point you to the right service, such as mattress cleaning.
No. Fogging a duct system can corrode the air handler coils and is off label. If we are already out for air duct cleaning, you can add room fogging with a Decon 30 wipe of the registers for $175 up to 3 bedrooms or $250 for 4 to 7.
Yes. One visit is $250 for up to 3 bedrooms or $350 for 4 to 7, the same treatment without a schedule. For 8 or more bedrooms, text us and we will price your actual home.
Yes. When they come due, add them to that month and we handle everything in one visit. Carpet and ducts cleaned together after a dusty, windy stretch pull most of the grit out of the house.
